i had cute stickers from my vintage j apanese s ticker book ♡૮꒰⸝⸝> ̫ <⸝⸝꒱ა (plan on getting moreeeee) and write tiny positives that happened in my day, even if the day was boring or i wasnt in a good enough headspace that day. still, its always smth positive!!! (resting days are important too)
