2 and half months ago i got back into cross stitching. Today i finished the project I started back then! And then turned it into a pillow :3

this pattern is from owlforest and it was a DELIGHT to stitch

Bouquet of flowers hand-stitched based on a painting by French artist Odilon Redon. Finished this one a couple of weeks ago and gifted it to my mother!

A one-of-a-kind bag has been completed, adorned with intricate sashiko stitching throughout—from the body of the bag to the shoulder strap.

Finally finished the girls! Well, not fully finished; still need to get the supplies to make it into an ornament, but! The stitching’s done and they look great! (lol for once the ‘quick and easy’ pattern actually was both of those things)

Embroidery project #2 completed!

I struggle with chain stitch and straight lines haha but I think it looks pretty good for a beginner and I’m pleased with the flowers.

My second foray into needlepoint. Stitched with thrifted & leftover acrylic yarn on plastic canvas, finished with felt backing and a crocheted cord for the hanger. Design is my own.

This one was very experimental and there are definitely some areas that could be improved with more finesse but overall I’m really happy with the result. I learned a lot doing it and I really loved doing the little scotch squares for the background. I did most of this in 5 minute study breaks, so this represents about a quarter and a half of studying time, haha.
