Four months after the untimely death of her mother, Molly Wilson finds herself confused, displaced, and depressed. Having had to move in with her older sister and her husband, she’s not only at a brand-new school, but living with the sibling who abandoned her as soon as she turned eighteen. She doesn’t know how to trust anyone. She especially doesn’t know how to trust Piper.

Piper is trying her best. Trying to get through to Molly is not easy, and staying afloat is a day-to-day battle. When Molly very suddenly finds herself up against a diagnosis of leukemia, the two sisters are unsure of what to do, and their emotions are everywhere. If there’s ever a time to band together, this is it.

reintroduction time! i’ve gained a lot of followers and mutuals since i started out, so i wanted to re introduce myself to this lovely community.

i’m lila, she/her, a fantasy writer who writes about royalty, magic, war, etc, all things fantasy. some of my favorite and most frequently written tropes (what constitutes a trope? not sure) are lgbtq characters and relationships. pretty much every one of my wips contains them. I am an out and proud lesbian <3

i also love utterly dismantling gender roles with lady knights, feminine kings, etc. i love writing romance, again, pretty much every one of my wips includes it. my favorite parts of writing are characters, dialogue, and relationships, whether they be romantic, platonic, familial, whatever!

Apples

It's an orbit,

a millennium

in light years

through a wormhole

projected like an astral phenomenon,

you're basking

in the gleams

of our radiance,

every red lipstick stain

evident in the red lady fruit,

forbidden fruit -

temptation in the shadows,

seeds of my doing;

trecks to the end of the world.

It's a constance in the haunting;

a braille lead to your hands

on my body - on my mind - to my heart,

I'm yours, you're mine;

tempt me like the apple of God's dreams,

fallen like an angel in surrogate streams.

A sorry conversation takes place,

in the darkness

of our sheets -

all that was left;

were the stains

of our dried sweat,

and the bite marks

on an apple.

My paws

lost in the sand,

I'd take pride

in the tracks I left.

Let the music of the wind

carry me for another eternity.

But I'd rather sink -

and sink some more

in the silk

of your braids.

Every grain pours

out of the pores

of my hands,

out of my sorest

out of water; it's driest.

In her absence,

it's incomplete.

With her touch

my cells -

they deplete.
