My Meal Prep
So I meal prepped for two days of work the other day. My spouse's family that I live with is Italian and ALWAYS has to make the worst food for you. Everything is with ‘gravy’ or bread. So, I try to buy things that can lessen the load on me. I have 1 cup of Whole Grain Angel Hair = 180 Calories 1/2 cup of Meat Sauce = 140 Calories 1 meatball = 80 Calories 1 piece of garlic bread - 85 Calories. For my noodles I went whole grain and covered with just enough sauce to be able to eat that and my meatball. I could of bought lower calorie and higher fiber bread but I forgot I had no more. Total Calories = 455.

Another two meals I was able to meal prep is my own little meal idea. Mac and Cheese with Wontons. I though of putting both together quite a while ago and keep doing it ever sense. I buy the mini wonton’s and only put a few in. I have 1 Cup of Cheese Club Mac and Cheese = 360 Calories 4 Mini Wontons (Pork) = 68 Calories (each wonton is 17 calories) Total: 428 Calories. The box can make 3 servings. So that would be 12 wonton’s. ___________________________________________________ My breakfast for before my work out’s normally is Cereal with Almond milk (Normally 260 Calories) OR 2 Sunny Side up Eggs = 140 Cals 2 slices of turkey bacon = 60 Cals 1 slice of toast = 70 Cals 1/2 (fruit) Let’s say orange = 24 Calories
Total = 294 Calories
