So I bought a Napoleon picture a couple weeks ago and on its back it had a man's name and contact info. Naturally, I emailed him to inquire about it. He was confused at first but when I sent a picture of the note on the back he remembered and related this story to me (I covered up the specific locations for his privacy)
Can anyone help me identify the other people/what's going on in this picture? I've not seen it anywhere else.

I FOUND A MYSTERY NOTE IN MY CLOSET FROM HIGH SCHOOL OR JUNIOR HIGH OR SOMETHING AND I DON'T KNOW WHO IT WAS FROM.
On the front it has a comic strip and on the back it has a poem about a kid who asked God for a bike for Christmas instead of Santa.
The comic strip is in 5 panels and it has one stick figure telling another stick figure to go pop a balloon, and then they popped a balloon in the other one's face.
I remember back in the day me and one of my friends used to say "go pop a balloon" to each other instead of something more along the lines of, "GO FUCK YOURSELF", but I can't remember which friend I used to say that to...
