After spraining my foot and not being able to work out for two weeks, it felt AH. MAZE. ING!! Still can't do cardio/running, but I did @bodyrocktv_lisamarie live #78isometric couplet. Wow! Marissa the Great tried to kill me again today - it was arms today.... my nemesis!!!! Not sure what "hurts" worse, my biceps or my shoulders! 😬 I love giving her a hard time but I'm so happy she is my trainer. She is SO sweet and encouraging (even when I want to throat punch her for saying "you got it, you got it" "don't stop" 😂😂) Seriously though if anyone is looking for some good, personalized training go see Marissa at North Cypress Fitness in Hammond.
