Welcome one, welcome all! Been quite long enough, 'bout time I dropped an official introduction on everyone. Enjoy!

THE HEROES

Charles Couckee

The first hero. Anxiety-ridden leader, feels people no one really cares about him as much as they say they do. Constantly pushed around and mocked, but he keeps his head up and would do anything for his friends and family.

Hestia "Firefly" Abrams

The second hero. Hotheaded half-elf cyborg. Her body fried from the inside out because of her powers, so her father engineered a cybernetic body to keep his daughter alive. She can be stubborn, but she cares more than she lets on.

Rosemarie Faulkner

The third hero. Blessed with telekinetic abilities... that she admittedly can't turn off. Has to hear the thoughts of everyone around her and it gets overwhelming. She tries to avoid Percy because of the shit he's always thinking about. Shy, but isn't afraid to raise her voice to stand up for her family.

Naethan "Nae" Odom

The fourth hero. Descendant of a cult that worships the O Holy Wish Dragon, he was forced to endure branding and torture, until he ran away with his brother to pursue a better life. No, he wasn't chosen because of his "blessing" from those freaks. Stellar didn't even KNOW about this god damn cult. She just thought he was neat.

Percival "Percy" Feliguire

The outcast. Not directly chosen to be a hero, but he chose to tag along with everyone because he thought it'd be entertaining. Doesn't talk about his past much, and is sassy, snarky, and sarcastic about most of the things he DOES talk about.

Theodore "Ted" Yold

Charles' childhood friend. May not have been blessed by the comet, he still chooses to stand by everyone and lend his technological assists wherever he can. Can be cold, calculated, and observant if he truly needs to be.

for firefly, what are your cybernetics like? In the sense of are they similar to any preexisting tech, or are they completely unique?

I don't talk about my body much. ... but, uh... dad used some old car parts and scrap metal. lotsa synthetic skin, and some synthetic organs... my old man's what you call a revolutionary.

Though I do use a lot of what cars need to function. Save for gasoline, of course. Think of me like... an electric veichle that naturally makes the fuel it needs to function. Eating, drinking and other things set me right, but I suffer from shit like dry eye, and need to use a compound to recreate my stomach acid if shit fucks up. ...it is a corrosive, after all.
