A Week In The Life: Monday 2PM-4PM: Cell Biology
This lecture was the highlight of my day! We’ve recently moved on from the Cell Cycle to Intermediate Filaments, and our lecturer specialised in the study of intermediate filaments and their dynamics for years. His lectures today were basically him showcasing his life’s work, and he had the kind of pride, excitement and passion for what he did that inspires young biologists like us. If I am ever to go into teaching I would want to be that kind of passionate lecturer, I’ve had a few in my time at Durham and it’s massively boosted my love for their subjects!
Admittedly intermediate filaments still eludes me a little bit at the moment, but practice makes perfect.

***FOOD HACK***
NAKD BAR “BROWNIES”
This hack only requires a Nakd Bar and your microwave. Nakd Bars are a secret addiction of mine, they’re so good and you can usually pick up 2 for £1 from any corner supermarket. Microwaving them turns them into gooey, brownie like treats that are a solid 10/10. They’re also healthier, as well as vegan and gluten free!
METHOD 1) Unwrap Nakd Bar and put on plate 2) Microwave for 30 Seconds 3) !!!!!!!!!
And it’s as easy as that! It works best with Cocoa Delight and Cocoa Orange, however Cashew Cookie and Pecan Pie also work well!
Mom likes it too. Mango banana pineapple lemon nicecream with apple, a homemade nakd bar, homemade granola and chia seeds.
green is my fav colour
I like the lighting in this photo

Nakd. Berry Delight
These are so good!! They kind of have the taste of a larabar. They’re 100% natural. Really awesome snack for on the go. I picked this up at Big Lots for lunch one day & it was $2.50 for a 4 pack.
