B: The Scientist 📈📊 You love tracking data! You always know how many calories you’ve consumed and burned each day… you might even know what “macros” are. C: The Yogi 🧘♂️ You prefer a more laid-back (but still challenging!) approach… peaceful, de-stressing, and keeping limber! D: The Indoorsy Type 🏋️♀️ You love a structured routine! You’ve got your cardio, the weights, your favorite machines… 30-45 minutes and wham-bam-thank you ma’am… workout complete. Me? I bounce back and forth between A & D 🙌 I would do both every day if I could!!
