Hi! Can I please get headcanons for Narmes, Sharrkan and Muu with a female s/o who is studying to be a diplomat? Thank you as always! ☺️
*Slowly throws headcanons at you all, since I didn’t write anything other than this still” So I am still trying to get motivated. I don’t know what’s wrong atm, but I am still trying. Also @ the requester, you’re always welcome. (:
Narmes
> As an ambassador, he has made it his job to support his s/o to his fullest. He knows some things here and there and wants to shield his partner from the bad things he had to experience. Narmes might be a little to overprotective and needs to be reminded every now and then to let his s/o just do their thing and learn for themselves the high and the downs of their job
Sharrkan
> Sharrkan is pretty damn proud. He thinks they are doing something great and loves that his s/o is persuading something the want to do. While he really loves to hear them talk about all the things they learn and help them whenever he can with studying, he has a small fear that he might not be good enough for them, once they are a full-fledged diplomat, but mostly keeps that to himself
Muu
> He admires them for their engagement and feels very proud of them for being able to hold up with the politics, which he also engages in due to his family - and later his position in the senate. Even so Muu can’t help but notice that the two sometimes miss each other because of how busy they both are and while he accepts it, he sometimes wishes they could spent more time together
Here’s a translation of the extra comic that came out with SnB 150! I love Heliohapt’s mandrakes so much! ^^ But sometimes I feel really bad for them. Poor mandrakes... ;^;
***Please keep in mind that my Japanese ability is nowhere near perfect, so some parts of this translation could be partially wrong or even completely wrong! I do these translations for practice and for fun!
Do you think armakan and narmas know sinbad is kind of shady and I think armakan does care for sharrkan a little bit 😄( I'm glad sharrkan has joined now)
Yes, I believe the latest chapter established that. Both of them realized that the whole situation turned out very convenient for Sinbad and that he’s a person with his own agenda.
I’m glad that Narmes and especially Armakan were portrayed like that because this chapter made them look more capable of understanding political situations. Furthermore, I prefer Armakan forming an alliance with Sinbad because the share some goals instead of doing it because he admires him, it makes the situation more realistic in my opinion.
And I agree that Armakan cares for Sharrkan. I wish he showed it a little more, though. Because it’s clear that Sharrkan looks up to him and a warmer goodbye speech by his brother would have help his confidence.
Here are the raws for Sinbad no Bouken 109! Finally, we are out of that tomb! But I really hope we stay in Heliohapt for a little longer... ;__;
Just a reminder, to anyone who follows me and enjoys these raws/summaries, parts of or even all of these summaries could be completely wrong, so be advised as you read them as I am by no means a professional translator!

So this week, we pick up where we left off last time with Sinabd declaring that the “Seven Seas Alliance” will solve Heliohapt’s problem. Everyone is of course shocked by Sinbad’s sudden proposal, and Narmes asks what he is talking about with bringing up “alliances” all of the sudden. He then reminds Sinbad that their problem right now, is that they are unable to determine the next successor to the throne through their current discussion, which was the wish of the late king and if they leave that discussion as is, the will have no answer to their problem. He then asks Sinbad what he could possibly do to solve their problem. Sinbad simply replies that he can do it, and it’s actually something that only he can do! He first begins by explaining that both parties are thinking about future of their country and therefore both of their arguments are correct. But even so, they can’t seem to reach a viable solution. He then explains that they are overlooking the main issue at hand which he reveals to be the Reim Empire!
He continues to explain that to Heliohapt, the Reim Empire is their most menacing threat. He repeats what they said earlier about constantly having to consider the Reim Empire’s current temper and adjust their actions accordingly, but then asks them why things ended up that way. He provides an answer, saying that it is because their country has lacked the power necessary to stand up against the Reim Empire. He then asks another rhetorical question. He asks what countries with no power usually do in these situations and answers that they simply assess whether they already possess the power they need within their own country, or if they need to borrow that power from somewhere else. Sinbad then places his hand over his chest and announces that, as someone who has conquered a dungeon, he will personally use his power to stand up to Reim and protect Heliohapt. As everyone stands in shock at this sudden proposal, Sinbad continues on to say that if he were to do this, then there would be no reason to be frightened of the Reim Empire any longer and that way they could be free to…. (he is then suddenly cut off by Queen Patra who tells him to quit screwing with them with all his talk about “alliances” and “power to stand against the Reim Empire”. She says that there’s no way a mere foreign merchant such as himself would ever be able to do something like that. She points out that even if they were to borrow that power temporarily and save their country, the country that Heliohapt would still have to answer to, would only change from the Reim Empire to Sinbad. She then says that an outsider like him should not interfere with their country any longer.
While Queen Patra finishes with her objection to his proposal, Sinbad calmly tells her that she is wrong and that he would not become what she described that he would. He then reiterates that this is an “alliance” and that it is different from being dominated or invaded. He continues to explain that their world is currently overflowing with despicable things such as: poverty, war and discrimination. Everyone is bound to something and there is currently a great number of people in the world who are suffering and cannot even choose their own way of life. He then explains that he is not just someone claiming to have power in order to take control of the future of their country. He then says that he wants to save people in that situation, like Heliohapt. He says that he’s conquered dungeons and has acquired the power of “metal vessels”. He claims that this power that he possesses is a mighty power that could destroy an entire city in one night and this amount of power would be more than enough to stand up to big countries. He goes on to show that he has already obtained alliances with many different countries including: Imuchakk, Sasan and Artemyra. He says that they are small countries, but that they possess quite a bit of power. He says that these countries mutually recognize, cooperate and have promised to join forces with him. He explains that the alliance respects the independence of nation states and their motto is “don’t invade, don’t be invaded.” It’s an international alliance whose creed is only to cooperate with one another and to remain “non-aggressive”. “To maintain balance in the world and to unify the seven seas. That is the Seven Seas Alliance!” He then finishes by saying that Heliohapt could continue on with their self-governance and as long as they were in the alliance, their fellow alliance members would no doubt send help to them if needed.
As this speech seems to be leaving an impression on Narmes, Patra suddenly speaks up, saying that what Sinbad’s proposal is stupid and ridiculous. She says that he cannot simply “decide” to be involved in their national affairs in a place like that and then doubts that someone like him has even formed alliances and has the amount of power that he is claiming to possess. Sinbad says that he understands and as they leave the royal tomb, he announces that he will show them his power. As everyone gathers to watch Sinbad’s display of strength, Ja’far tells him to hold back a little, but Sinbad has already decided to go all out, using all of his power and summons forth his Bararaq Saiqa!
And that’s about all for this chapter! It’s nice to finally be out of that tomb and with the way things are progressing, it seems we might not be in Heliohapt for too much longer… T^T But I still wonder how Sharrkan will join them. I guess we will find out soon enough! Oh and also, there was no karuta card this week, but instead we have some originally sketches of almost all of the SnB volume covers. You can find those on my blog. ^^b
Hello! I was wondering if you could maybe do hcs for the Heliorapt guys having a foreign s/o that is more than a little afraid of/freaked out by snakes? Thank you so much!
Armakan Amun-Ra
Armakan realizes just how big of an issue this will be, considering his choice in animal companions. He tries to strike up a compromise with his s/o, asking them if they could learn to tolerate being in the same room as his giant snake, so long as they never have to touch. He hopes this agreement will foster a slow friendship between his s/o and his pet.
Narmes Titi
Narmes can’t help but laugh a little, thinking it very cute of his s/o to be afraid of snakes. He promises to do what he can to keep snakes away from them, but with the warning that when he returns to Heliohapt to introduce his s/o to his family, they may have to be brave for him.
Sharrkan
After living in Sindria for a while, Sharrkan learned that most people aren’t fond of snakes. He tells his s/o that snakes really aren’t as scary as they’re made out to be. He wraps his arms around their waist, hissing, pretending to give them a snake hug before kissing along their neck.
Sphintus Carmen
Sphintus assures his s/o that they only dislike snakes because they’ve never snuggled up with one and help their little snaky embrace. He tries to put his snake on their shoulders so they could see things from his perspective. It takes him a while to realize that this is something that must happen much, much, much more slowly.
Can I request some fluff with Hakuyuu, Hakuren, Narmes, Kouen and their clumsy s/o?
Ren Kouen
Kouen doesn’t comment on his s/o’s clumsiness, but certainly notices it. He’s always there to catch them when they trip, and a few stacks of knocked over scrolls isn’t too big a deal. But when it happens repeatedly and often, he starts to get a little annoyed—asking them to please try to be more careful. The look on his s/o’s face is more than enough apology, and later that evening he’ll apologize himself for being short with them.
Ren Hakuyuu
Hakuyuu can’t help but be concerned by his s/o’s clumsiness. Each stubbed toe, each bashed finger, each bruise makes him fret for his s/o and their safety—even if their injuries are on the small scale. Hakuyuu kisses each of their wounds and rubs it down with an old Kou healing salve.
Ren Hakuren
Hakuren finds his s/o’s clumsiness adorable and loves coming to their rescue. He leaps in to catch them from certain face-to-floor doom with a strong, muscular arm around their waist, pulling them close to his chest. He jokes about being their hero, but it honestly bolsters his confidence even higher.
Narmes Titi
Narmes can’t help but laugh a little at his s/o’s clumsiness. So long as it’s just a glass of water spilled over the table, or an ill-placed vase knocked to the floor, he’s perfectly amused in the company of his s/o and doesn’t minds cleaning up here or there.
Um, what about kissing hcs for Muu, Narmes, Koumei & Masrur?
Masrur
Masrur is a skilled kisser, and his kisses teem with passion. As much tongue as they are lips, he kisses hotly with the intention of seduction. His lips roam from his s/o’s to explore their neck and collar before going in for the kill. Masrur is a skilled kisser, and his kisses teem with passion.
Ren Koumei
Koumei’s kisses are sleepy and come with a long sigh, like finally laying down in bed after a long day. Koumei’s lips press against his s/o’s with a gentle pressure. He gives a string of slow, tired kisses until they melt into one long romantic lip lock.
Muu Alexius
Muu’s kisses are light and loving. His soft lips press gently against his s/o in a chaste but affectionate kiss. Muu’s kisses come in threes, two friendly pecks and a longer smooch—his s/o can feel his smile against their lips just before he pulls away.
Narmes Titi
Narmes kisses are playful and teasing. Burying his s/o in a flurry of kisses across their jawline, he snatches them in a deep kiss of lips and tongue and the accidental clashing of teeth. Narmes kisses his s/o like they’re his sole supply of oxygen, breaking only to laugh at the bumps and fumbles along the way.
Any relationship or domestic type hcs for Masrur + Muu + Sharrkan + Koumei + Narmes, please?!
Masrur
Masrur likes to put things on the top shelf so he can help his s/o get them down later—but only after he’s watched them struggle to reach it on their tip-toes a little first.
Sharrkan
Sharrkan is terrible at helping with chores around the house, so for the kind-of-special days (half-birthdays, days off, half-anniversaries, etc.) he does all the chores to try to make up for it.
Ren Koumei
Koumei doesn’t get to spend as much time home with his s/o as he might like, so when he is home, he keeps work and pleasure separate. Every time he finds his mind wandering back to his work, he kisses his s/o, determined to focus on them and only them.
Muu Alexius
Muu likes dancing with his s/o, taking their hand and pulling them close. He lazily spins them around the room, swaying from foot to foot in a romantic embrace. He especially likes to do this when he and his s/o are getting ready for bed.
Narmes Titi
Narmes puts together family dinners with his s/o, his mother and sister, and any of his s/o’s family whenever possible. He pours drinks, and sits by his s/o’s side while they catch up with their families.
