I could directly think of my two precious with this trend. You know Mai had to drown this man in tea for him accept to do the trend with her.

Review: This was beautiful. I've never been so immersed in a story before, it was actually unreal. I don't know you personally, but I'm proud of you, and you deserve so many headpats. ❤❤❤
Review: You recommended I read your favorite child here, and I'm glad you did. I'm loving this. I'm binge reading it.
John is such a sweetheart. And I can absolutely picture Takigawa as a laid back cop. I'm curious to see how things develop with Mai and Naru.
Can't wait to binge read more.
A companion tale set in the Detroit Become Human universe using the characters of Ghost Hunt. Fandom blind story!
John crouched and raised the camera, taking his time to adjust the zoom just right. Blue eyes squinted as he looked through the small sight and twisted the thick lens. He snapped the shot. A bird’s nest nestled securely in a rusty, disused aerial standing above an endless sea of disused warehouses, bathed in the red haze of sunset. It was quite a breath-taking view. He got to his feet with a sigh and looked around in silent awe. He’d taken quite a few shots from the old metal rooftops already. It was a wonder the area hadn’t been flattened yet. He’d almost fallen through the rusted sheets more than once that day. He took a moment to return the bulky red camera to his backpack before taking off again.
His feet made loud metallic clanks on the sloping surface as he ran, hopping over the edge of the building and dropping to a slightly lower rooftop. He looked around for a safe route down. Maybe he could even get inside one of the dilapidated buildings. The place had been shut down for almost ten years now, and over the last decade even the security had disappeared. No one ever bothered to come here. Occasionally, there may be a few teens looking for somewhere to party, but they didn’t stick around. He’d photographed some amazing graffiti that day, but all of it was quite old. Cracked and faded on rusted metal or crumbling concrete. Even students were going off this place as a secret hideout.
The warped metal creaked beneath his feet as he walked across the rooftop, coming upon an old skylight. He leaned down and ran a hand over the filthy glass. This looked like a plausible entry point. The glass itself was still firm, but as he tested the jagged metal frame, he could see the rusted seal giving way. He tugged on his protective gloves and pulled, feeling the rust turn to powder against the thick material as he heaved. There was a resounding crack as the window came loose to be pushed aside.
He was careful as he knelt on the edge and used a small flashlight to peer into the darkness below. There was a metal bar just a few feet down, probably from the old lighting system. Below that, he could see the shadowy outline of an old gangway, though he wouldn’t know how stable it was until he reached it. I just hope the lighting rails hold. He took a few steeling breaths as he got to his feet. His best bet was to swing from the rail to the gangway as quickly as possible. He trusted the gangway more than the thin rail. With that in mind, he stepped over the edge.
A small grunt slipped out as he grabbed the rail, gasping as the whole thing twisted to spin him in dizzying circles. He hadn’t considered chain supports. One hand slipped as he looked around, trying to figure out where to go. At least the rail hasn’t fallen yet. He used his legs to swing on the long bar, getting himself closer to the gangway before letting go. His feet touched down with a loud crash that was almost lost in the jingling groan of the lighting rig as it collapsed on one side to swing back and forth. That was closer than I’d like. Adrenaline buzzed in his veins as he edged his way along the cracked surface.
“Agh!” He yelped in surprise as the metal he was edging along fell through. His fingertips just caught the walkway's edge, feet kicking as he tried to look around and get a better grip. He was still too high to simply drop to the floor below. Oh no! There was only one way. A chain dangling close by. It had probably been used to heft larger loads like some sort of crane or pulley system. After all this time, it may not work, but he had little choice as the walkway groaned. Lord protect me…

Naru arguing with Mai: Yeah um I already played out this confrontation in my head like ten times in my head so if you could stick to the script I imagined for you, that'd be great thanks.
Mai: You could be more encouraging you know.
Naru: I encourage you not to die.
Poveglia, Here I Come...
I know it’s been a terribly long time since I’ve been around! I apologize. I had planned to do more with this page, but as usual, my interest has switched… However, something has recently happened, which may, hopefully, kick start my interest in Ciao Poveglia/Ghost Hunt stories.
Ready….
I AM GOING TO POVEGLIA. I AM SO INSANELY EXCITED.
By pure chance, I happened to google “Poveglia Ghost Hunt 2018”, not expecting any results since it’s super hard to get legal permission to go to the island… Nonetheless, there is was! An event!
So, my husband and I have made our plans. The deposits are down, the hotel rooms are booked, just scoping out some tickets now… But yeah! I am going! I will be sure to take lots of pictures so that I can show everyone exactly what I imaged as I was writing Ciao Poveglia!
I started a prequel to Ciao Poveglia, actually. It’s an original piece featuring Ash, Deittman, Isabella, and Markus—theoretically, it would be set about five years before Ciao Poveglia. We’ll see if I ever finish it and throw it up on Amazon for like $2, haha!
If you are interested in the Ghost Hunt as well, I recommend searching “Ghost Followers UK” and checking out their website. If you’ve dreamed of going to Venice, when why not fly out and meet up with me to go Ghost Hunting next year?

The scene of the Urado case is much better in the novel. The truth is that in the novel, Naru seems more "human" than in the manga. I think he's more sensitive. “Someone – I don’t know who – knocked my head (I think it should be Bou-san who would do something like that). Anyway I nodded first. I’m all right. I’ve already calmed down. Suddenly the scent of red tea wafted in. Hearing the sound of cutlery clattering, I lifted my head. Someone held a teacup in front of me. I was stunned. “You’re all right?” A voice without inflexion. Lifting my head, Naru was holding the cup out to me. He was wearing a pair of thin, grey, pajamas. I felt it was a rare sight, and I unconsciously calmed down. I gently accepted the cup. Yeah, I’m all right. My hands, too, had apparently stopped shaking. “I’m sorry, everyone. Thanks.” I took the cup and hung my head. Ayako gently patted my back. Naru just stood by the side; then gently let out a breath. And then “What happened?” He asked. After I quietly finished my piece, Yasuhara spoke in a low tone.”
An alpha shows interest in Naru, and thinks little of Mai's claim.

Mai at Naru: Nobody controls what I do! Nobody! Not even me! I'm out of control but only I control that!
