My take on that tire-poppin’ cowboy.

James Clyman- usually called Jim/Jimmy

Like Jed, was named after an explorer from the early 19th century, but is now a cowboy miniature. The real Clyman was the man who stitched the real Smith’s head after the bear attack- thus, the bandaging/stitching skills was carried over to both of them as miniatures.

Relatively chill personality (especially compared to Jed). Likes fun. Will greet everyone he meets. Knows how to hike and live in the woods and all that. Gets giddy over gold. Is a pleasant human being. A bit of a dreamer, maybe. Likes long walks on the beach sandy floor of the Western diorama.

He and Jed are close platonic confidants- in part due to being in solidarity w/each other as queer folk. He feels hopeless about finding a romantic companion (but Jed (and Oct when they become friends) becomes an enthusiastic wingman).

Is one of the people that Jed trusts to substitute his position during railroad construction. He’s much less short-tempered and even less a pyromaniac, but he’s decent.

Has fought Octavius on numerous occasions (favors the long gun as a melee weapon), but is not nearly as able to take the general on in a fight as Jed can.

Had the most severe injury from the tire mission- hurting his neck. Everyone else insisted on him sitting back from the action for the rest of the night.

After NATM1, when Jed/Oct allow the whole tire party in the RC car, he is in the middle backseat.

been meaning to post this , i don’t think i’ve ever talked about him on here so for anyone who’s curious.. this is my night at the museum oc : adrianus iunius caecilius , he’s one of the roman wax miniatures alongside octavius . though , unlike octavius adrianus can come off as harsh and most tend to stay away from him (he means well however) , he’s known for his temperament and is very judgmental towards those in the wild west diorama .

unlike most of the exhibits , he isn’t based off a real person since in night at the museum some of them are also made up which i did as well since i didn’t feel comfortable basing my oc off a REAL historical figure .

also he’s in love with a cowboy just like octavius , his boyfriend’s name austin james (my friend marc owns this oc) they’re very jedtavius coded.. however they still fight sometimes (they love each other dw) i need to draw the boykissers together soon…

(ps. My absence of fanart might be because I'm working on a piece for a single character but it's taken me like 3 days so far and I haven't even started colouring it yet and idk if the line art is done sooo..)
