Is it okay if non-DID or OSDD folks interact with that comic? It's relatable to us as a gateway collective of over 200, and our mixed feelings about gender and sexuality as a group are often hard to verbalize, but you did a really good job.

Go ahead. I want that comic reblogged by everyone, honestly. I would appreciate if non OSDDID plurals add a tag noting that they are relating to it from the perspective of a different kind of plural, because I do have personal qualms about conflating experiences and terms and spaces and stuff (I have personal trauma from it), but I know a lot of the things discussed in that comic are just things that come with being multiple. And I do not feel I am in any position to say with certainty what is or is not going on in a strangers head! I’m not omniscient or anything. So while OSDDID is what I know and am comfortable with/confident about, I’m not here to say it’s the only way someone could experience some of this stuff.

That said if anyone reading this relates to ALL of the issues in the comic, you should probably consider you may have OSDDID if you haven’t already.

Also, fwiw, we have an active dreamwidth and it would be nice if there was also an active therian community on there.

From what I can tell, it's pretty much just what the "kin-for-fun" folks are calling an actual kintype these days (alongside using "delusional attachment" regardless of whether something is actually a delusion/linked to delusions or not, but that's another story).

Thinkin about that one post you reblogged, if a Les Mis sequel novel, totally legit, was discovered, do you think it'd be any good?

Hmm... I’m not sure. I mean, on the one hand, Hugo can Words, so it would probably be pretty, if nothing else. On the other... I’m not sure where he would have taken the story? The logical point is ‘Marius and Cosette’s kids do ‘48,’ which would require Hugo to be pretty sketchy on ages, but he’s up to the task. The problem is that les mis is kind of already about ‘48, just filtered through the lens of the earlier uprising, so I’m not sure what else he’d have to say about it.

So I’d definitely read it, but I have no idea if it would be good or not. With that said, if Dumas wrote a sequel about Marius and Cosette’s kids, I’d read that in a heartbeat.
