I’m curious what your take on the lost afterparty pictures (SNL, MET) is?? I mean everybody is joking that people had to sign a contract or something but is that actually true?
For SNL, it absolutely is. Standard NDAs for SNL afterparties is pretty well known I think. "So they can get fucked without worrying about if people will see it", someone described it to me once. And I think H and C ended up very well taking advantage of it lol
As for the MET afterparties, I think it's probably more of a mix. The GQ party was well documented and photographed so I don't think it applies there. The Baz Luhrmann afterparty is very interesting to me because we only have non-professional pics from the people inside and there is little to no reporting from inside as well..
Plus idk if yall have heard the theory with Dante Cardenas but it makes sense to me that NDAs would/could be standard for that party, thus us having very little info about whatever tf happened there between 4AM and 6AM🫠
Gina and her anons burbling nonsense about contracts again. Her agreeing that Zara would be in breach of contract over Joey Essex and would have to repay Louis the mythical money he has paid her, multiplied as reparations. Try taking that to court : “So your client paid Ms McDermott X amount to play the part of his serious girlfriend for a time limited period ? Why ? Because he is under a non time limited contract which forces him to hide the fact that he is in an ongoing homosexual relationship with another pop star ? “ The whole idea of these contracts falls apart very quickly - there’s no way of enforcing these ‘must not appear to be gay’ contracts legally and there is the Streisand effect ; all any legal action would do would draw attention to the situation ! And no, this would not be covered under a super injunction. They took the cleanliness clause comment ( common where reputation matters and covers a whole load of behaviours but being gay would not legally be one of them ) twisted it for their own purposes and run with it ever since.
Absolutely. Same for the nonsense they spew about NDAs. An NDA cannot stop someone from speaking up about an illegal activity.
I don’t know a ton about nda’s but I’ve been thinking about the circumstances that one might be used. I’m going to share my thoughts because I see this getting thrown around a lot.
First of all, I think they can be signed pre-emptively for very famous people, like before someone even gets involved they have to sign this document not to disclose certain information they might be privy to as a precaution. I’m guessing this is not what happened between L&A.
The second way would be after the fact- the person already has information and/or access and you want to control what they can share legally, not just on the honor system. In this case, the person has leverage because in exchange for signing the agreement they can ask or be offered something out of the deal, like money or exposure. This way makes more sense in the case of L, A and co. Something was being shared, or being threatened to be shared, and it needed locked down. A might have asked or been offered provisions in the agreement which explains why she was going to events with him, might have had financial compensation or housing arrangements, etc.
We have no way of knowing if this is the case, but it would explain L’s demeanor with her and seemingly contradictory behavior.
I definitely agree NDAs seem to have been put into place after the fact! I think L is learning how to navigate fame, and he lost control of his public image (which his career depends on). I think he is trying to regain control of his public narrative, and protect the public narrative of a certain Irish princess we all love (including him ❤️️).

Tami Luhby at CNN:
The White House is preparing a government-wide nondisclosure agreement aimed at curtailing federal workers’ sharing of “confidential government information,” as it seeks to stop internal leaks to media organizations. The draft notice, posted to the Federal Register on Tuesday by the Office of Personnel Management, says the NDA is intended to track existing and new federal employees’ agreement to “safeguard non-public, confidential or proprietary information, created or obtained through their official duties.” The proposal is scheduled to be published on Wednesday. Agencies have the option of using the NDA, according to the draft notice, which will be subject to a 30-day comment period after it is published.
The controversial move is the latest step in the Trump administration’s efforts to crack down on the dissemination of its internal planning and data. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth’s office last year started mandating that Pentagon officials sign NDAs before being read in on projects, initiatives and other work products, CNN has reported.
President Donald Trump is also upending the federal workforce, which he sees as an impediment to implementing his agenda. The draft cites federal workers’ providing the New York Times and Washington Post with “unauthorized disclosures” in advance of the US raid on Venezuela earlier this year. News organizations delayed publishing the information “to avoid endangering US troops,” the draft said.
The New York Times’ executive editor has said the paper did not have verified details about the raid to capture Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, nor did it withhold publishing a story at the Trump administration’s request. A Washington Post spokesperson declined to comment, saying the paper does not discuss its newsgathering practices. [...]
The draft proposal takes a wide view of confidential information, defining it as “internal agency operations, personnel matters, procurement processes, or any sensitive, pre-decisional or deliberative material that is not currently publicly available and should not be disclosed under applicable law.” Such disclosures “disrupt agency operations and erode public trust.” The measure would not create “new substantive restrictions” on workers and would preserve the rights of whistleblowers, according to the draft proposal. But the federal workforce’s largest union, the American Federation of Government Employees, decried the draft as an attempt to silence staffers, noting the proposal “sweeps in an extraordinarily broad category of information.” The union said it believes the administration will push agencies to require their employees to sign the NDA and then fire those who refuse.
More insanity from the Orange Satan’s regime: mandating that all federal government employees sign NDAs.
