Story time!!!

Yo okay so a while back they were taking down this building called aspen dental in the city near me and as we were driving by it an idea struck me. Now my brother was driving and he does like puns but almost never laughs when hears them. He usually just sighs and says goddammit while attempting not to smile. Okay story I pointed out that they were taking down the aspen dental and then said, "looks like they're having an aspendectemy." Yeah My brother almost crashed the car that day.

Pan fried basa fish, finished off with crispy garnish. Was actually a close disaster - thin batter of starch / flour stuck to the pan... But turned out to be a crispy touch. #closecall #neardisaster #homecook #simplefood

so my phone just fell out of my pocket and somehow managed to balance on the seat of the toilet instead of plunging to its watery demise. Some times, good things happen. Have hope, friends.

Potential for problems

So 24 hours after placing the Grape Red Belgian into I went to check on the bucket only to find that my air lock was lacking in water. In dismay I hurried and filled the air lock and waited. With great relief the bubbles began almost immediately.  Time will tell if any contamination was allowed in but I am hopeful at this point.
