I'm so jealous of your android au 😭 I have one too but I don't think it's as good 😔. Here it is, if you're interested: In the future a company has made life size robots that are based off of fictional characters.They have two settings: platonic or romantic.
Some characters are mass produced, some limited edition. A robot can be commissioned to look like a character the company doesn't make. If people in public like the character the robot is based off of, petitions/e-mails to the company can be done to show them they really like the special model. If enough e-mails/petitions are made, then the company may mass produce the character.
There are 4 specialty manuals but each robot comes with the first and an instruction manual. The others must be bought. The specialty manuals are filled with commands that has them do a special action when a specific phrase or word is spoken.
They are also built to learn and adapt to your personality, interests, feelings, views, preferences, and what makes you happy or sad. If you choose for them to be romantic, then they also learn and adapt to the things you like romantically (i.e. hair stroking, cuddling, etc) and the things you like sexually (i.e. breast fondling, petting, nibbling, etc).

Heh, that is a little bit how it feels when the writers include a whole "harem" ending to the Valentine's Day event that's allegedly supposed to be funny, and then also give us Shimotsuna, though obviously there's more to it than that.
