The Incredibly Destructive Power of a Negative Person
Last week I was prepping for a scheduled repeat Tarot client when the shop owner poked her head into my reading room and said the client had called and would be a little late. No problem - the appointment was only 10 minutes away, so I decided to go to the Little Tarot Reader’s Room in the meantime.
When I returned, there was a strange person sitting on the bench behind the sales counter - not my client - talking away to the owner and didn’t even acknowledge my presence as I had to walk by. OMGODDESS! All she did was gripe-piss-moan-bitch gripe-piss-moan-bitch gripe-piss-moan-bitch NON-STOP until my client arrived and I had to close the door and turn on the white-noise machine to drown her out.
It was one of the most disjointed readings I have ever had to deal with in my 25+ years as a reader. Nothing would make sense; nothing would flow. I even had my client re-shuffle and changed the spread in the middle of her reading. This reading was turning into a shit-show fast.
In the end, I apologized to my client, and only charged her for half of the time we spent; I have never been so embarrassed by the turn of events. When the reading was over, I poked my head out and the mysterious, destructive stranger was gone, so I asked the shop owner to cleanse the shop - and my room - to get rid of the awful contamination and ‘cloud’ of negative energy this person created.
The next time that stranger comes into the shop. I am going to cast a circle of protection around my room. Luckily for me, my client is someone I have read for several times, and she says she will be back next month to see me and get another reading. Blessed Be!
