When people were shittalking me after Tumblr terminated my blog, thinking my nosy ass wouldn’t see it or that I wouldn’t eventually be back on this hellsite
ah, i’m not even in highschool, but from the thing i just did a few minutes ago, i already hate it .
I cannot describe how much I hate work and want to resign right now.
I hate my co-workers. My manager makes snarky little comments so often that I no longer have faith in her as a leader. I work with my over-controlling aunt who can’t separate personal and work life. And to top it all off, I am on minimum wage... in a GRAPHIC DESIGN job.
I have friends in supermarkets who earn more than I do.
Just... I am over everything here and I want to leave.
me: goes to a party with a few friends for four (4) hours
me: comes home exhausted, drained and in tears
Okay, I tried, I persevered, but this is too much.
Tumblr is already a memory-eating, sluggish, heavy website. New Xkit has an extension that supposedly speeds up tumblr, but it got outweighed by the other, heavier but necessary extensions. Now you put them under VPN and it’s like...early 2000s internet again. A lot of images don’t load, making the simple looking at the post a chore.
So, like many Indonesian tumblr users, I will run to Twitter. The problem is...I don’t know if there’s any terato twitter...
Does that mean I’m abandoning this blog (and therefore, my other blogs as well)? Maybe. Possibly. Depends on the ban being lifted or not. Look, I don’t want to abandon ship either; I haven’t been in a good place for the past few months, but this blog along with the terato community kept me going. The terato community has to be the most positive fan community I’ve ever been in. Perhaps because the word ‘philia’ is in it---it means love, and so this community is solely driven by love (and lust, to some extent lol). The love for monsters, love for loving monsters, love for being loved by a monster. And so it’s proven to be really helping for me.
But now my harmless positive drug is ripped away from me and I’m already feeling like I’m spiraling down to shitdom. That’s why I’m turning to twitter. It might not be the best place for writer, but I can post my writing on my barren Wattpad, so that’s okay.
