This one was hard because there were a lot of ideas I had to narrow down. I really wanted to add something for Bigfoot and Leprechauns, but I'm happy with how it turned out.

The jellies were really difficult to work with. They're super thick even though they're translucent. Some of them layered and blended well, some didn't. I would probably recommend another brand if you like jelly nail polish.

I actually have to leave the house for a medical appointment again tomorrow so I did my nails last night. Note that I do this for myself for lulz and not for any kind of "professional" result so I do not want unsolicited advice. Yes, I know I dented two of them while wet. No, I do not file or push anything back. No, I don't want to. This is casual for joy, not for criticism.

I am meh on the base colour but I usually do blue/purple as the base and I wanted to try the black for the proper effect with the face stamps (this is all done with nail plates and a jelly stamper), and I definitely like the faces better like this than when I do the white on the blue/purple background. Clearly I need to get myself some light blue/purple polish.

Although Picard looks angry. SpaceDad, what did I do to be so glared at?!

Also I have definitely been putting on little puppet shows for myself. If enough people request it, maybe I'll do a video.

Also let this serve as a reminder that you can keep your nails as short as you like (I'm a crafter, I always cut mine very short) and still occasionally have fun with them because you don't owe anybody a perfect aesthetic for anything at any time.

I call this mani Low-key Loki. I just saw Thor Ragnarok finally and I loved Loki in this one so much. (Unpopular opinion: I didn't dig the movie very much as a whole - it felt too comedic for Thor.) Here are my Mewtwo-inspired nails, just barely in time for the end of Mewtwo’s birthday!

I don’t paint my nails very often, and this is my first attempt at nail art, so please go easy on me! I’m pretty happy with how the eye came out, I just wish I’d had more time to clean up my cuticles and such, haha.

🎶 Mystery Science Theater 3- thousaaaaand 🎶 Ever since I found out that I had missed the incredible MST3K nail wraps from @espionagebeauty I have wanted MST3K nails. Whenever I have zero motivation, @mst3k is always the answer, and since I have been seriously lacking motivation, I just had to put it on my nails. I am so happy with how they turned out, especially the Crow nails. Are you a fan? What is your favourite episode? .
