Nasha - Sasha only bullied nikki because she's very closeted and very ashamed of her feelings for girls since she was raised by a republican family and was particularly jealous of how comfortable Nikki seemed being anything other than the perfect pretty girl.

Nerin - Erin feels insecure about her eyes, Nikki knows a thing or two about feeling "less than" or not as pretty or proper as the other girls. She helps Erin with her insecurities while Erin helps Nikki learn how to do traditionally feminine things without Nikkis imposter syndrome kicking in. Bonus po8nts for angst Neil is upset bcs he has/had feelings for Erin so how dare Nikki date her.

Nabii - Just girls being girls really. Nikki could get jealous over the amount of attention Tabii gives Neil, leading her to assume she must have feelings for Neil. Tabii catches on but by the time she goes to intervene Nikki is like "I'm in lesbians with you". Tabii is taken aback but decides to give her a chance.

When I was teenager (a lot time ago) I was in the minority of Voryn x Nerevar shipping fan and artist, nearly underground. I made a ton of artworks, having small group of friends who loved it as well. It's kind of weird seeing this pairing getting mainstream (?), sorta happiness sorta envy that "I loved them before it was popular" hipster bullshit. But yeah, Nere and Rin are still my OTP. I might post some of things I created back then, but welp - I've upgraded my drawing skills a lot since.
