Happy Monday! 🆕 So, I got this idea from @amazonuk’s Echo platform, because it feels that they have so much more of a range for Alexa than Google do for the Assistant at the minute. The #NestAudio is really great and offers a lot of bass, but I really like the deeper low-end that you get from a subwoofer. I was looking through Amazon and saw they had an ‘Echo Sub’ for Alexa, which gave me the idea for this. I bought a @cambridgeaudio X201 200 watt subwoofer and wired my old Chromecast Audio into it! The Chromecast integrates with Google Home and you can add it in as a speaker group. My living area is quite large and sounds better when the audio is all around it and the sub works brilliantly to fill the room with sound and range! The X201 looks the part as well. It’s ridiculously small and fits ANYWHERE!
