But some people look at way to simple, if you don’t know how much your body needs and you eat way less than your body wants, you will run into a dead end very soon and notice your body storing more fat than you originally had. . Your current body weight in (lbs) x 10 = resting metabolic rate (RMR) how much your body burns while at rest. Next, RMR x your daily energy expenditure or how active you are. I use a 1-5 scale, 1 being no activity and 5 being very active (active job and training everyday) RMR x (1-5) = daily calories. - This is a very simple way to get you and your metabolism in balance.
