How Judy x Nick relationship will evolve in Zootopia 3, my version

Nick has already been aware of how big his crush for Carrots is for a long time, and he's used to hide his feelings since forever, so he will be just astonished to see her sudden change of behavior.

Out of the blue, Judy will start to think of Nick more than often. To play the carrot pen recording at least twice every morning and every night. To physically react to Nick's close proximity. To be fidgety when he isn't around. To feel a sting in her chest when he's talking to some cute girl. Her heart will start racing every time he appears in her mind or sight.

To her greater shock, she, naive but definitely not that dumb, will finally realise: she's in love with him.

And how will she behave accordingly? She'll be unhinged.

At first she will try to be normal around Nick but soon fail miserably. She'll spring 3 meters away when he casually touches her. She'll talk much less, afraid to say anything that could betray her feelings. She'll act even more reckless at work, worrying him sick. She'll run away any time Nick tries to ask what's with her.

Their colleagues will catch something, especially Clawhauser who has a special flair for romance, but they will keep their mouth shut in front of them (though gossiping wildly in their absence).

As a result, he will start to question their partnership, and himself, and what he did wrong so she doesn't want to stay with him anymore.

At this point, the main plot will take over and they will be tangled in the case, putting their issues temporarily on the side.

By the end, in a life threatening situation, Judy will be somehow forced to admit her true feelings for Nick, otherwise she will lose him forever.

And when she does, he will be speechless for a while, then finally do the only right thing he has to do: grab the dumb bunny and kiss her

"Pen" 🥕

(I always imagine Judy using her carrot pen as some kind of 'journal' during ZPA. Plus I heard that the pen can do multiple recordings!

Also, in this comic she forgot to delete those previous recordings and Nick might have stumbled upon them accidentally during the months of Nick and Judy's separation.

He didn't had the heart to erase them because he wanted to hear her voice, even though he was angry with her back at the press conference.)

Zootopia 2 SCENE ANALYSIS

OKAY SO, I JUST WANTED TO DO A QUICK BREAKDOWN OF THE SCENE BECAUSE I NOTICED SO MANY THINGS IN THE BACKGROUND!

First can we talk about how awesomely hilarious Patrick Warburton was as the new horse mayor?! 😂😂  I laughed every time he was on screen! Loved him! (And they so should've made a Kronk reference with him but oh well)!

And what do we have here?! 

Our boy is such a Millenial! Look at that old school Nintendo controller and those old video game cartridges on the floor! 

And he's a fan of "Marvel" apparently! Check the "Thor" comic on the table! 

All these old-(ish) things, yet he has a fairly new smart phone! (Gift from Carrots maybe? Love how he has her nickname coded for her in his phone, by the way! Imagine how flirty he probably was asking for her number to put in his phone when he got it! 😏 😄)

Okay, next shot! Big box on the top shelf appears to be a box of more comics! He actually has a quite a few "thick" books on his desk back there.  Maybe they're novels of a certain genre he likes? (Edit: Or even books on how to run a business or make a hustle)?

And the bucket of tennis balls definitely stood out to me because WHY?! Is it because he's also part canine and may have some canine-esque tendencies? (Does he like to play 'fetch' with/by himself when no one's watching? 😂) That's a LOT of tennis balls, but no tennis racket in sight!

Okay, next background shot!  We see he's got some old-school speakers by the TV!

And BEHIND the TV is his framed article of him & Judy and the pen. 

BUT ALSO, he has a framed dollar bill on his wall! Maybe the first dollar he made from a hustle? (A la, "Mr. Krabs' first dollar?? 😂)

Either way, he can turn his head just so to the side when he's watching TV and see momentos of his milestone accomplishments RIGHT THERE.  The ones that mean something to him are positioned perfectly for his line of sight. I love it!

Another hustle idea (gone wrong/momento from the past? Or just one of his more regular go-to hustles propped up because he had no where to put it? 🤔)

Our boy is a "Rolling Stones" fan!

Maybe since he's new to the force, he's not making a lot on his payroll to pay regularly yet? 🤔

(Also, a lot of fans made the point that when Judy apologized to him in the first film, he looked like he was living under a bridge/homeless. Maybe he was making some bank while hustling, but not enough to afford to rent a place?  Even his current residence looks very cheap--it's BELOW an elephant gym. I wonder if Judy had to kind of vouch for him when they went looking for a place for him to live--I imagine after he was brought onto the ZPD. Judy probably forced it, not being able to stand him not having an actual roof over his head.  Just thoughts)!

Finally just wanted to include this shot because it's a mix of...

I love her passion and drive!

I see so much of myself in her/she reminds me of me. (I mean his sense of wanting to do the right thing from when he was a kid. I imagine that justice, and also wanting to be part of a pack, is why he tried to join the scouts, but life just tore him down after. Still, he sees that old part of himself in her--that's why he's drawn to her)!

Aww, she wants to stay with me and not be split up!

May-haps he'll use it to serenade a certain bunny sometime? 😏😏😏 Though it is a rock guitar so, maybe not 'serenade' as much as 'annoy her out of love'!
