"Never Let Them Meet"
(something, something if Z1!Nick meet Z2!Nick)
Nick asking Judy to move in with him post-Zootopia 2 is just that scene of Chandler and Monica deciding to move in together after Vegas
Nick: What if you unpacked here?
Judy: Then all my stuff would be here
Nick: Well…what if all your stuff was here?
Judy: Then I’d be going back and forth between your apartment and mine all the time and…it just wouldn’t make any sense
Nick: …Okay…
Nick: …
Nick: What if we lived together and you understand what I’m saying?
wildehopps and friends as incorrect tweets memes !!
Once upon a Wildehopps
I know, it's hard to believe, but I wasn't always a Wildehopps.
When I watched Z1 ten years ago, already as an adult with average media literacy, I enjoyed Nick and Judy's chemistry but didn't think much of them getting together. The idea might have briefly crossed my mind, but it seemed something very remote and for sure non canon.
Fast forward to 2025.
Z2 trailer out, saw the gala scene and I was like: WAIT. THEY ARE CANONICALLY IN LOVE 🤯 (utter shock)
After watching the film: there's no mistake, Nick is crazy in love and every interaction between them and micro expression are proving this point, their chemistry is insane and at least by the final scene Judy is also down bad.
Now I don't get how could anyone NOT see it and call this PG-rated-sexual-tension-escalation-documentary friendship, seriously
Versión en español:
"You're a pretty cute meter maid."
This might be a stretch, but is it possible Nick almost got hit because he was staring at Judy? As a native Zootopian, it's not like him to be unaware of his surroundings. (Also, foxes are known to stalk bunnies without being seen!)

EDIT: This seems to be what's going on in the Japanese promotional material. CLASSIC ROMCOM TROPE - little girl moves to the big city and catches the attention of an unlikely suitor. They then proceed to argue as they walk down the street.
