It takes a while to get into sometimes. It gets really really good in season 4 when Castiel shows up. and season 5 is the best I think.
I've seen about the last half of season 2 (although I actually missed the ending) and the beginning episodes of season 3. That's it though. I'm just gonna start from the beginning and go through it all.
