Monster-Be-Gone / Anti-nightmare spell for your littles
All you need is your intent and presto bango you’re good to go! I think it’d be fun to say with your little, so they can learn it and repeat it when they’re alone at night. I used this with the baby tonight while he was snuggled up with me and had a nightmare-he can’t talk yet but I’m assuming the relaxed/content smile afterwards means it at least soothed him a bit.
“Scary things and monsters disappear
My mommy says you can’t stay here”
Obviously you can change mommy to whatever you want (daddy, auntie, etc) to suit your needs.
hello! may I ask some advices for a coord? I'm triying to build one around Neverland Lolita Nightmare Spells jsk in blue. I thought some rose thing as headwear, opaque black tights, black ankle boots (i own a pair that's kinda victorian-like), but I was wondering which blouse could go well with that "double straps", and I lack on ideas for the neckwear. thank you for all the useful tips <3
Honestly, I wouldn’t bother wearing a blouse. The bottom strap I think is really more meant to be a sleeve and it’s such a pretty detail I think a blouse would just make it look weird. If you look at the picture of it worn on the model I think it’s easier to see how a blouse could look out of place. They also have pictures where it’s worn on the shoulder like a sleeve which also looks cute.
I think your best option is to just wear it as-is and then add a short necklace or choker that will fill the open space above the neckline of the dress. A black lace choker, or maybe something with a blue rose might be a good option.
Nightmare Jar Recipe
Here is a fantastic nightmare jar that has been of tremendous use for me and my friends and family. I will say this - it only lasts about a year before you will need to make a new one.
Ingredients
1 small jar you can seal
~8 in. Black Yarn
3-10 strands of hair from the person you are trying to protect
8-20 sharp objects like rusty nails, broken glass, etc.
Salt
Lavender
Mint
Rose Petals (optional)
Bay Leaves
Candle
Sharpie
Directions
Start by placing the hair into the vessel. This tricks whatever is causing the nightmares into the jar. Then put in the sharp objects to poke and prod the negativity and trap it in the jar once and for all.
Next, put in your herbs. Mint and lavender are meant to bring restful and calm sleep, and the bay leaves are meant for cleansing and keeping evil at bay. The rose petals will bring dreams of love.
SIDE NOTE: In my experience, the rose petals brought a lot of insanely sexual dreams. So take that and do what you want with it.
Now add about half of your salt. The black yarn absorbs the negative energies. Wrap it up in a little ball and drop it into the jar, visualizing the negativity being sucked into a black hole. Pour the remaining salt into the jar and seal it with wax from your candle.
Feel free to write inscribe protective runes or sigils into the jar with the sharpie if you so choose.
Charge the nightmare jar in the light of the moon, and keep near the bed. A window sill is best as it will need to be recharged from time to time.
Hope this helps everyone - if you have any questions or comments, let me know!
-☽Help Rid of Nightmares: Tea and Charm Bag!☾-
I made this in two versions. I just had the feeling that it would be nice having two variations.
You need:
1 tbsp of Valerian
1 tbsp of Chamomile
Honey (to sweeten!)
-Tea-
Steep the herbs into a tea and drink before bed.
-Charm bag-
Put in the same ingredients(except for honey).
Write this sigil on a small piece of paper(so it could fit, sticky notes if you rip off the sticky part works well!) and charge it with your energies:
Place the charged sigil into the bag and then tie it
Now charge the bag with your energy, and visualize the charm bag to manifest a white bubble to reflect all of the bag nightmares away.
Chant this to help it out:
“Nightmares be gone, Nightmares be gone,
let this charm cause no harm
let this person be safe and sound
I make this charm, let it be bound.”
now you may either make it into a necklace to wear OR place it under the pillow of whoever sleeps on.
NOTE: When using herbs, ALWAYS check the toxicity. NEVER consume plants you don’t know because you can be poisoned!

I was wondering if anyone had a spell that I could do for someone else to help stop nightmares. Most of the things I find are for the caster, so they aren't much help. Thank you!
By power of snow, which lies peaceful and bright, let all of my dreams be restful and light.
