This is actually a rather complicated one to answer for Rhisi.On the one hand, she considers many people friends. She is quick with a smile, a caring word, an ear, and a laugh. Everyone in her company and quite a few people outside of it are people she would call ‘friend’.However, Rhisi is in truth not comfortable in crowds. She hides it well, but large gatherings require her to ‘fake it till you make it’ in regards to conversation and being a hostess. Missions or hunts are different- but in social gatherings she would much prefer to be on a stage, behind a bar, or quietly observing. All activities that allow her to be a part of the action while being apart from the action.There is also the fact that she is always aware that she is in a position of leadership in her company. So though she considers many of those around her friends, she maintains an emotional distance from nearly all of them. Past events have proven quite clearly to her that ‘friendship’ is all-too-often treated as a currency to be repaid when trouble comes around.
