Hello! I just finished the most delightful fic that is going to be a part of a series. "The Fallen Prince" by NightValeian is such an incredible fantasy au with a fun little twist. There's some good good slow burn and great characterization and it just feels really cozy? Like a favorite book that you've read five times. The first book just completed yesterday and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it.

The Fallen Prince by NightValeian

Ezra Fell had read The Trials of the Serpent King numerous times throughout his lifetime. He could quote nearly every line by heart and owned multiple versions of the entire series, including a recently obtained first edition of The Fallen Prince.

Upon opening the cover, Ezra finds himself within the pages of the book and traveling alongside Anthony J. Crowley, the exiled king of Eden, while he marches the path towards the redemption of his throne.

I don't think I have much attention here these days, but I thought I'd make the announcement here too.

I took on the Nightvaleian name over ten years ago when I began writing fic, but that was during a different stage of my life and I think it's time for a change.

On Sunday, March 29th, I will start the process of changing my penname and all associated accounts from ineffable bard/nightvaleian to Artemistia. All of my works will remain up and active transferring over with the new name, socials will remain active, but I will no longer be posting new things under the old name.
