Sorry this took so long! Ended up getting artblock trying to figure out what the heck to do for her wings… I’m currently experimenting with the idea of NightWings having fluffy, cat-like tails, and that, as dragonets growing up in the island, young NightWings often had their tails docked to make them harder to grab in a fight… poor baby :(
Doesn’t help that for a moment I initially misread this as FateSpeaker and almost started to draw her instead until I double-checked the ask and saw it was Fierceteeth 😅
Still debating if I should keep the star-spattered wings like the nightwings, but idk if I want them to be that obvious of a redesign...
Also, I made sure to give some info about their culture from before merging with the Featherscales. Since they lived in caves, they had more access to stone/gem jewelry, but now they make more use of the night-life of the rainforest.
Luckily, it was a pretty easy transition from sleeping from stalactites (stalagmites? Can't remember which one is which) to sleeping off tree branches instead.
Also, a unique thing to their tribe is that their dragonets cling to the backs of their parents constantly until they can fly. None of the other tribes do that with their children unless it's needed- and even then, usually the other tribes carry the kids in their talons instead.
Also, yes, both parents take turns carrying the kid. It can get tiring, you know.

She so purty now! No wonder she and leopard fell in love :>
Also, In case it's unclear, they have fur down their backs, not spines
Yes, I know Brightstar looks like she has spines, ignore that.

Here is the design for Nightwing in my Charge AU! At least that’s what I’m calling it for now. The AU mainly focuses on Wally, but Nightwing’s a main character in it, and I wanted to fiddle with some suit design so this is the product of that!
Notes from the picture:
Wings
- Helps Nightwing to glide through the air
- Attached through magnets in the suit and wings
- Can detach through switch on hand and be called back, similar to Captain America’s shield, or Thor’s hammer
Overall notes:
- I actually really like the colours for the discowing suit, I think that suit has so much potential, hence why I added yellow
- Added wings because why not, sometimes a guy’s just gotta glide through the air and have fun
- there’s a lot more specifics in the suit that I’ll probably elaborate on later, maybe do a much more detailed concept map that also shows how his wing attachment / detachment works, but for now it’s just a base design
