Any tips/recommendations when trying to communicate with deities? Particularly Hades and Persephone, but any general advice is nice as well! I’ve only recently had them come into my life, and want to know... basically anything. Haha. Hope this finds you well!

for them I suppose, be patient and polite with hades, he’s a lil awkward with strangers. if people are rude to him, persephone raises hell like, hades is her impulse control and she’s very passionate about who and what she cares about. this goes for any entity, always be polite. you don’t have to be super formal, they might think you’re a weirdo if you’re not yourself at all when you talk to these spirits. it’s okay to be casual and loosen up after a bit of talking to deities.

a safe bet on what to give spirits as an offering would be lychee and/or leeks. it’s super bizarre, almost every entity I’ve talked to, and I’ve talked to over half the goetia and a lot of deities, a lot of yokai, and most archangels, these people just…love lychee. and leeks. go figure.

Have you had any experience working with Baphomet yet? If so, what are they like?

baphomet is actually a symbol, not an entity. it’s a powerful icon that’s been around for a long long time, though a lot of people tend to think he’s another demon.

Tonight’s offering

I lit some myrrh incense and set out Lavender Chamomile Black tea, and it seems to have gone wrong vet really well! As did the Lychee Ginger chews and surprise Apple Turnover that I got (I feel like unexpected gifts should always be shared) yesterday.

During meditation tonight, I was filled with such a sense of love and protection that I was moved to tears. I have only ever had that before when speaking to a deceased loved one. I’m actually still struggling with tears! XD

All in all, a good night, and hopes for a good morning to follow! Blessed be darlings!
