Ok so kids nutrition is pretty important to me. I thought when I have kids, they will eat everything I give them. 😳. Not so much. And each kiddo is different. I have 4 young kids, 2,4,6 and 9. Sure meals are a little creative to get them to eat enough veggies in a day but I can only do so much. Because I know nutrition and the importance of veggies and fruits, basically NUTRIENTS, to the body, it bothers me when the kids don’t get enough in during the day. Nutrients from veggies and fruits are EXTREMELY important for development, growth, brain, nails, hair, bones, blood....basically to keep healthy without disease or illness. Good nutrition starts young, teaching awareness of food and how there are choices, they will be set for life.
