i just watched that vanity fair compilation u linked in one of your posts abt aids epidemic research and, there's only one person asking about it. was the comp just focusing on those exchanges or in all those years was there really literally only one person asking those sort of questions at white house press conferences??

i can’t say for certain - that’s one film editor’s construction of old audio tapes. maybe there was more or maybe there was less - and there definitely was more going on beyond the press conferences, certain parts of the FDA/CDC were trying to do something while other areas of the government held them back or refused funding.

but while i can’t give you a definitive answer to your question, i can be fairly certain in saying that if it was brought up otherwise in press conferences, from the amount of “(press pool laughter)” in that video? the response and atmosphere wasn’t much different.

murder is q***r because it subverts erininormativity and therefore heteronormativity through the idea that it is normal to be heterosexual and also not kill people

he doesnt have a proper garden, but he loves houseplants and has a small collection of succulents and some ferns! he is very jealous of rochelle for living in a climate more suited for succulents :P
