Hi. I'm an enby transmasc persons and for many reasons I do not want to go on hrt. I do however want to get a top surgery. Is it possible somewhere in Europe? Where would be the cheapest?

Hi, it's absolutely possible! Most clinics will still want an official diagnosis. Even in Poland we have at least three clinics that do top surgery without requiring patients to be on HRT. It might be the cheapest here, but with varying results.

Followers, please let us know about other countries where you can have top surgery without being on HRT.

I hate it when my voice cracks. I know deepening my voice is going to be a long process, but I sound like a 12 year old boy sometimes.

I've been doing these exercises to help lower my voice lately. I wonder is anyone is going to notice when I go back to school. I learned this one that significantly lowers your voice, but only temporarily (15-30 min, but you can continue it throughout the day). I should start talking where my long-term exercises have gotten me, then do the really deep one and watch everyone flip out.
