With the new set format coming up in fall of this year, it would seem we'll be traveling between worlds faster than at any point in Magic's history. As a fan of all the storylines that you all have brought us over the years, this really excites me. Seeing all of the new worlds, revisiting older ones - I can't wait to see where all we might be heading. I do have one question, though. In terms of previous worlds, are there any we will never see again? Some are more popular, but are any off limits?
I have no idea. Never is a long time. I only know what’s going on for the next [finite number of] worlds.
Also: a thing about me is that I enjoy surprises. Speculating about future worlds diminishes the impact of surprises, so I’m not really interested in ruling stuff out for you. I will say that I, too, am excited about the upcoming two-blocks-per-year model. WHAT PLANES MAY COME / WHEN WE HAVE SHUFFLED OFF THAT ONE-WORLD-PER-YEAR COIL?
