I don't know about y'all but there is a HEAT wave happening in Vegas right now.🔥 And even though I'm finishing up the warm meal leftovers I have, you know that I'm chasing them with ice cream!🍦 Cool down with my Pistachio Matcha Ice Cream (recipe even has a no-churn option!), for tasty relief.🙌 It's also quite #pantryfriendly!

Cookie Monster Ice Cream
There is no churning involved in this recipe. All you need is an electric beater and a freezer.
Ingredients
-2 cups heavy cream
-14 oz sweetened condensed milk
-1 tbsp vanilla
-1/2 tsp blue food coloring
-15 Oreo cookies
-15 chocolate chip cookies
Directions:
1. Break up cookies and chocolate chips (not too small, but also not too big), set aside.
2. Whip heavy cream, food coloring, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
3. Beat in condensed milk until color is uniform. Add additional food coloring if needed.
4. Fold in broken cookies and transfer to a loaf pan.
5. Break up all remaining cookies as use to decorate top of pan.
6. Freeze for at least 5 hours.

Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup instant coffee granules. 1 tablespoon hot water. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.

Ingredients: 6 egg yolks. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup sweet Marsala wine. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups heavy cream. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 1 cup mixed seasonal berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries.
Instructions: Whisk egg yolks and granulated sugar together in a bowl that can handle heat. Make sure the water doesn't touch the bowl as you put it over a pot of simmering water and whisk the mixture all the time until it gets thick and pale. While whisking, slowly add the Marsala wine. Keep cooking until the mixture is smooth and has the consistency of a ribbon. Take it off the heat, add the vanilla extract, and then let it cool down to room temperature. Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together in a different bowl until stiff peaks form. Mix the whipped cream into the zabaglione mixture slowly until everything is well mixed. Put the mixture in a loaf pan or a container that won't let air in. Freeze for at least four hours or overnight. When it's time to serve, put frozen zabaglione parfait into glasses and top with a mix of berries that are in season. Enjoy the delicious frozen zabaglione parfait with a burst of flavor from the berries that are in season.
