[if you're using them with an iphone (and probably with an apple laptop too though i'm not sure) then you can adjust headphone volume so one is louder than the other and makes it equal]

when i was thirteen i was listening to whip my hair by willow smith and head banging really hard (ofc) the next morning i wake up and my neck and shoulders are REALLY tight and sore because obviously i didn’t think i’d need to warm up and stretch before listening to a song. i’m a competitive rock climber so i go to training the next day and pull a muscle in my shoulder really bad. i’m in physiotherapy for 9 months and had to drop out of the semifinals of the national climbing championships.

fdjkgfdhg i thought this was going to have a happy ending fghjdkg i’m so sorry omg :( that’s terrible!! i really hope you feel better <33

i think it also felt weird because it was a “children’s” book but it had all these themes like rape and pedophilia and it was just???

like obviously the original series had mature themes as well but it was more blatant in this book i felt

yeah no i totally agree as well. the balance b/w that was super weird as well, some things were super obvious/dark like just as a ‘facet’ of the world but it was written kind of like a children’s book as well I DON’T KNOW....like i said everything just felt really off kilter in la belle sauvage
