im curious since you talk about the paleo diet a lot and it seems to have had good results for you, did you also start a new workout routine with your diet? or was it just the change in eating habits?

no not really! i just changed my eating habits. when i was going to school i was having like, a bagel and cream cheese every morning and there was a burger food cart by my school that was really good and like, pizza places and a thai place so i was basically eating lunch out every day and just havin a lot of carbs and then when i cut that stuff out i started losing a lot of weight. i also started paleo during the fall and winter, and i dont have a gym membership or anything so i didn’t have many opportunities to work out but now that the weather’s finally getting better i’m going on hikes and stuff so that has been helping too! i was feeling like i was kind of plateauing out at size L but once i was hiking (really only like, once every week or 2 weeks!) i got down to an M
