Today's upper body / core circuit! My hips are pretty mad at me from the week of performing so I've decided to not piss of my legs right now. So here's the circuit: Heavy bag boxing- I'm not too picky on actual patterns as long as you even it out and hit square. Crossing pike pulls- use sliders of some sorts, cross cross your legs then pull up into a pike. Rotating side plank dips- this works obliques and rotator cuff to help stabilize that shoulder joint! Dip the hip down as far as you can and press it back up before rotating to the other side Circus Burpees!! - basically a regular burpee but jump to a bar and add the pull-up.
