I am super into bottom surgery and medical transition, and learning i dont need vaginectomy for it is a real game changer and why i want it - having a body that feels confusing (curves /chest, otter -like hairyness or at the least a dirt stashe , and a well trained voice ) is a idea of androgyny i really like for myself

My ideals for bottom surgery is p much

- keeping my V

- being able to penetrate but not have anything crazy long

And idm sacrificing pee ability for it just cuz

A) learning about hypospadias , and how my urethras prolly borderline in my V makes my wonder if its even possible ngl

B) less complications! With my setup i gotta sacrifice somthing sadly

(I still see myself sitting to pee -just never bothered me lol)

I kinda wanna add on but not remove, and have come up with two things (without balls/UL/vagectomy) :

Extended meta (i really want phallo on top but have heard it prolly wont be possible due to the method , so ive reconsidered a bit just cuz i dont want to close the door on phallo fully)

Or

Phallo without burial + meta under it , with a pump in my labia (and id just pump and grow the og bottom growth)

I do kinda hope to have results that make people feel seen in what theyd want also- ive beem starting the process a bit and hoping someone will get back to me

Happy trans day of visibility! It is revolutionary for any trans and gender diverse person to choose to be seen and visible in a world that tells us we should not exist. Visibility is a double edged sword, both normalizing our existence while at the same time making us more easily accessible to those who want to hurt us. I stand in solidarity with my siblings that can't be visible today, and I am extremely grateful of the work fierce activists have layed down so I can choose to be!

Had a awful experience at my check up the other day , and im still think about it...

My goal was to to get oral minox , as im around pets, and was intrested in body hair growth .. after 5 months i feel like i havent gone past what ive already had - but when i did liquid it did help- just dried my skin so bad..

I also was wanting cream in the future , for very localized effects and to keep bottom growth functionality.

Ive looked around for a long while and have seen results and positive things - but i felt so.. idk , gaslit? (Idk , first word that came to mind) When i went :

- told me minox is only used for preventing balding - she couldnt find anything for "off label use" and didnt recommend it - claimed to have looked for the most up to date info but like.. wouldnt she have at least seen the stuff for cis men who do the same thing ?? The ftm subreddits??the side effects???? SOMTHING ???

- very much gave the vibe that if i wasnt balding/worried about my hair (just because i wasnt worried now doesnt mean its a effect i wouldnt be worried about later??) Theres no need for minox

- bottom surgery, when asked how long id needa use T, went from a year of use to 2 - which if i need another year for meta , i guess thats fine ?? But im getting different answers from different folk -is it 1 year??? Or more??

- really shot down my desire for cream - told me the gel "did practically the same thing" and id still get the other effects if i used it locally - even if im using a smaller dose? Ive heard of folk using cream (cis women , even !!) Using cream to localize the effects - The cream can be used in a way gel cant - directly ...

I kinda had no energy to argue , and felt bummed and dismissed the rest of the appointment .
