but do NOT forget that theres just as much good in this website,if the bad people were the majority this would just be another 4chan,the amount of positive reinforcement and genuinely good people in this website is astonishing.

dont want to see a particular anime in your dashboard? unfollow people who reblog or post it,dont want to see negativity in your dashboard? follow only positive people,dont want to see any text posts at all,just art? follow aesthetic blogs and fandom specific blogs.

facebook and twitter always bombards you with things people like forcing it down your gullet,or trying to “guess” your likings by analyzing your search history or post history,and dont even get me started on the peer pressure that is being part of very popular social media,often having to avoid adding people you dont want to see the content you enjoy,or worse,not even adding them afraid of what they might think of your posts.

this is why i love tumblr so much,theres a feeling of mutual agreement that this place is like some sort of secret society,not like “normies go away reee”,but like “you can look at my blog,but if you dont like it just leave”,this website,as drama-filled and problematic as it is has helped me so damn much mentally and even academically! i wouldnt be where i am with my fluency in english as a second language if it wasnt for tumblr motivating me with its dumb memes and awesome fandoms,hell, i wouldnt even DISCOVERED homestuck if it wasnt for this website,and homestuck is an absurdly important part of my life in so many ways.

so stop only focusing on how dumb the staff is with its executive decisions and fucking defend the site you love with all your might,this nsfw ban is not the end of this website,and its not the end of us, so stop complaining and do something about it by supporting all the petitions and movements to get staff’s attention damn it!

What are the servants' most annoying habits?

cadenza won’t stop fucking playing the harpsichord at stupid hours. i mean yeah he is the harpsichord but STILL stfu my man

garderobe is always trying to get people to try on her latest creations. when you’re made out of fire, this is not such a great idea
