This silly little zealot is Ragnied the Harbinger- just 15, they were a precocious little Norscan tyke when their Khornate tribe went to go bash in the heads of some Tzeentch followers- unfortunately their brain got scrambled and now they think Sigmar personally chose them to unite the chaotic Norscan tribes under the banner of the empire of mankind.
