Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips. 1/2 cup coconut cream. 2 tbsp cornstarch. 2 tbsp maple syrup. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. A 8x8-inch baking pan should be greased and floured. Mix the sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl with a whisk. Mix the dry ingredients together with the almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until it's smooth. Spread the batter out evenly in the pan that has been prepared. Then, fold in the vegan chocolate chips. Put it in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Allow it to totally cool down. Put coconut cream, cornstarch, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a saucepan and mix them together. Stir the food all the time over medium-low heat until it thickens. Spread the coconut cream mixture out over the cake that has already cooled. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour. Cut into bars and serve. Have fun!
