Free foods - Short answer. Fruit and veggies!
Nearly all vegetables and most fruits tend to be speed food. Free and speed food are unlimited and you can each as much as you like. It’s all about portion control.
Free foods are your lean meats and proteins (chicken, beef, pork, tofu, fish eggs...whatever you like!) and also your pastas, rice and so on and so forth.
There is a bit more to it but that’s the simplest way of describing it! :)
