Question for y'all: is there any interest for the old but very few eps we did manage to produce in 2015-2017? I have the intro and hockey ep. I could.... upload them.... somewhere..... maybe

Two Decades of Drawing
As we’re about to head into 2020, I’ve realized I never really mentioned that 2019 marked 20 years that I’ve been posting my work online. I unfortunately don’t have the very first piece I ever posted back in 1999 on hand anymore, but it was a eyeball copy of an official piece of Aladdin art I drew when I was 14. My dad had to pass it off to someone he knew who had a scanner in order to get it online because I didn’t have one.
Again, this was 1999. That shit was expensive.
20 years is a long time for most anything, and for artistic development it’s an eternity. At 14 I had only just started to seriously pursue art as a career idea a couple years beforehand, and while I absolutely cringe at the stuff I produced when I was in high school, I gotta remind myself that it was pretty good for 14-18. This is the oldest thing I can find, which I made at 14 for the first anniversary of the Aladdin Mailing List over on eGroups where I cut my fandom teeth:
Oh that low res jpegyness. Oh that Comic Sans. Let it burn your eyes.
Geocities came after that, then the morphing of eGroups into YahooGroups, then the glory days of LiveJournal hit at the same time that I hit art school in 2003.
Art school helped. A lot. Highly recommended.
Aladdin morphed into Harry Potter, Harry Potter gave way to Inuyasha, Inuyasha turned into Yuri on Ice, and now it’s all coexisting in my online presence along with the Zelda stuff that’s been there from the beginning along with the Aladdin eyeball copies.
So... yeah. I don’t know where I’m going with this really, other than just acknowledging the milestone. And to say thank you, I suppose, to everyone who has followed me over the years, whether you found me yesterday, 5 years ago, 10 years ago, 15 years ago, or all the way back in the days of Nevi Publishing. Nothing lifts my spirits more than finding out my work has touched someone, and hearing that my old work is still remembered makes me feel like I’m not wasting my time here on the internets.
To close out I’m going to do one of those “art and the artist” collages that I saw going around here like a year ago that I never got around to doing. These are some of my favorite things I’ve ever done (that fit in the format), a couple of which I’ve never posted here on Tumblr, only deviantART. Man was it ever hard to choose; 20 years is a lot of time to draw!
Thanks for sticking around, y’all. I appreciate it. Hopefully I’ll still be trucking in another 20.
PLEASE DO NOT REPOST OR REMOVE ARTIST COMMENTS
It’s 2020 and I still tear up when I hear Hopes and Dreams and Save the World
