Okay but I noticed the Warriors fandom/fanart has a severe lack of a certain thing: cats being complete dorks. I mean, while they're majestic, they're also complete goofballs at times. I mean, just imagine someone crouching and prepping to jump, taking their time... then failing and slamming face-first into the cliffside instead. Or a leader giving a speech to their finest warriors, then getting distracted by that one of them is unknowingly blepping with their most serious face.

She loves her clan and all, but why are they like this..

You know what I'm looking forwards to/would like to see more of? Body horror 'reactions' from Black Hat. Like when he tore his face off? But also other examples in sillier/more creative situations. Like 505 drew Dr. Flug a super-adorable picture of Black Hat being nice, and he holds it up in pride... Black Hat walks in, and his face caves in the very instant he sees the picture.

YES PLEASE I love those moments a lot, and I’m sure we’ll be seeing more of them because that’s what makes Villainous so special, the cartoony horror. It’s so good and it brings us back to old cartoons that also had it. Hell they specifically hired someone to draw the nasty stuff in the show.

I particularly liked the bit about how the show's stylistic design is a deliberate opposition to the CalArts style; angular, dark, and saturated to mirror the popular choice of softly rounded lineart and light pastel colors. It further emphasizes how it's the villainous show compared to all the heroic shows out right now. He doesn't skimp on the details, that's for sure!

Of course he doesn’t! That’s why I love Villainous so much, the style is so wicked <3 Just wait until we see the world, it’ll be even better. Y’know Invader Zim? That.
