Today is day 11 for me. #whole30 Yesterday I woke up at 5 am and “white knuckled” the drive to Rock Springs Started flying at 1230 and finally laid my head down to sleep at 4:30 this morning. Up at 8 and a drive back home. Usually I need 3 KitKats, bag of popcorn and raw cookie dough because I’ve been up all night dammit and I deserve it. Well, I took a lot of food to work and grabbed and ate what I could between flights and after. Bought a few snacks on the road, Whole30. When I realized it was one of the hardest days and I stuck with it I was pretty damn proud. Then I made the most perfect cup of coffee and put it in one of my favorite cups and now I will watch it snow....and nap. Nap big.
