I got a bit discouraged but I’m also very stubborn, so, few days later, here is the last Les Mis ship that i ship lol. The best for the last, and in this case quantity means quality - our favourite trio, Bossuet, Joly and Musichetta!
My head cannon for these is that Bossuet asked Musichetta out the first time they met at the Musain, and they went on couple of dates and were on their sure way into a relationship when Courfeyrac introduced his friend Joly and Bossuet fell in love at the first sight for the second time in about two weeks. He panicked and agonised about it for a week, serving as a great inspiration for Jehan’s poetry class and source of amusement for Musichetta and Joly. They took mercy on him soon enough and thy were the one to approach Bossuet with a proposition. Turns out the two of them figured things out between ourselves on the third day. Well, Musichetta did, really. She hasn’t met a problem she couldn’t tackle head on in her twenty-one years on this Earth. She’s also the only one who is completely out and proud about her two lovers to her family.
On another note, Joly lost his leg below the knee in an accident when he was seven years old. He spend the next two years in and out of hospitals, which was when he decided he will be a doctor someday. He is very agile with the prosthetic, and pretty comfortable in his body, but he had a bad time in high school, always trying to hide his “ugly” leg. Grantaire started painting designs on the upper part of the prosthetic in their second year of high school, coming up with a new one every week or so. He’s been doing it ever since. Joly could get one of those fancy 3D-printed prosthetics now, and he probably will soon, but for now he’s reluctant to give up wearing Grantaire’s art.
I know i drew the prosthetic wrong, and the cane wrong way round. I know but I realised too late and I’m too lazy to go back and fix it.
Here’s the rest: Combeferre and Eponine, Grantaire and Enjolras, Courf and Jehan and Marius and Cosette!

As Someone who lives with CFS, A Thing:
I’ve had this illness most of my life and here is my rant about living with this and dealing with people who don’t. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is literally some of the worst shit ever. You wake up tired. And you need sleep all the time. This isn’t like narcolepsy where you’re out like a light, you can lie in bed awake through a fatigue spike. It’s just EXTREME exhaustion that there’s no way to really describe until it happens.
So here is The Thing.
WE ARE NOT LAZY.
When the person with this is falling asleep in class, it’s not because they’re disinterested and bored (that does happen sometimes, but not here) it’s because we LITERALLY CAN NOT KEEP OUR EYES OPEN.
I’ve been yelled at as being lazy all my damn life, and I am not. My body literally has no energy. I am almost always running on nearly empty.
When the person with CFS drifts off during a meeting with the lights low, despite fighting like hell to stay awake they aren’t lazy.
When we struggle to keep our eyes open on dates, we promise to hell and back it is NOT you. We aren’t bored. We just really wanted to come out despite having no energy.
When we turn you down on plans or cancel last minute we are NOT blowing you off and just wanting to stay home and be lazy. There literally is not enough energy.
If I ever get the money for it, I want an almost empty battery symbol tattooed on the back of my neck, because that’s what Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is.
Not. Laziness.
And let me tell you, it’s fucking destabilizing as hell to have everyone try to convince you that’s what it is.
/steps off the soap box
When my brain hits the wall, it’s not laziness—it’s a full system shutdown. For those of us with AuDHD, rest isn’t optional; it’s a hard reboot that keeps us from burning out completely.
