its been almost four months since I cut off alcohol and...I think Im happier for it? Im not hiding parts of myself from my partner and its easier to remember things and easier to be awake during the day.

its hard to remember and be in my own head but...its for the best i think!

Been eating breakfast on the bus because I feel so claustrophobic in my house from my roommate hovering constantly. Just got home at 10:30 and he’s STILL sitting in the public area not doing a damn thing. I’ve been shoveling snow every afternoon for half hour, been eating on the fly every day, been trying to be patient, but damn, my rope is worn clean through, and one of these days I’m worried I’ll snap and flip out on him. He doesn’t even pay rent, and everyone else does, why is he even here at all.

Last Tuesday I took home my sister's laptop to do some repairs, which I finished up with entirely last night, including downloading software updates and the apps that she wanted/had use for.. this morning I texted her to let her know it's ready for her to pick up whenever she wants to, and she asked if I wanted to try to fix another one, this time her girlfriend's. I'm so excited about stuff like this and that people trust me enough to let me repair something as important as that.. I feel quite good about that, I like when people trust me at all, and especially with things that I know are important to them..
