#testosterone..... TWO !!!!!!!!#the injection has never been easier. i got nervous for like two seconds and then just did it and it was fine #hell fucking yes aging out of self injection anxiety #puberty 2: theyre doing it a third time

We're going back on hormones, y'all.

So after a long time of giving up on hormones and any future bottom surgery, I've found a new clinic to recieve care from and I'm hopeful that these doctors might be different.

If you have trouble with injections, try injecting while not looking. Once it's in the muscle and it's time to drop the plunger, look away and take a deep breath!

Self Care

doing incision massages is so nice because if gives me time to really feel my body where it cant feel itself.

it does get a tad boring occassionally but I want to be doing it, helps with the scar process and stimulates the skin to promote nerve re-growth!

its been almost four months since I cut off alcohol and...I think Im happier for it? Im not hiding parts of myself from my partner and its easier to remember things and easier to be awake during the day.
