“You know Chrome-chan....poking your nose around an enemy base...hidden by such a weak illusion is probably a bad idea~” Byakuran had been a bit cruel in this case he supposed, he’d watched her wander for quite a few hours not disturbing her or allowing others to disturb her either he had been curious and now he knew. She came here looking for something, the white haired demon had a pretty good idea he knew what but, that was neither here nor there honestly. The pseudo-god had an idea of what she came for and he had an even more distinct idea that she would not find it.

“I’d ask ‘Watcha lookin for?’ but you won’t find it here and I already know what it is so I won’t bother.” he was staring right at her, though his eyes could not see her he sensed her presence and knew he was looking her dead in the eyes.

“You can hide like that all day but, it’s pointless I caught you~”

Little World (AU) | Chrome & Verde

Verde hadn’t intended for Keiman, his pet alligator, to escape him it hadn’t been on the agenda at all. Yet here the scientist found himself scouring the streets for him, after all if the police or animal control found him...the green haired man would have too much explaining to do. Verde was aware the alligators were not typically kept as pets however Keiman was somewhat special not that he expected ignorant fools like the police to understand. The sun would go down soon and the alligator would likely settle somewhere without its warmth to rejuvenate the cold blooded , reptiles movements. Verde would rather find him now though....

That was when he spotted it, a small sign scribbled in crayon...with what appeared to be a picture of an alligator and in a young child’s terrible scrawl said ‘found, if he’s yours come get him on the bench by the library’. It couldn’t be that easy could it? Never the less the scientist tore down the sign and made his way over just to be sure, and to his surprise he found a very young girl with clothes that seemed just a bit too ratty to have been properly washed recently. Though that wasn’t the surprising thing, there was Keiman...in her lap...happy as could be. Damn alligator wanted to kill him he swore.

“You found my pet...” he paused when she didn’t answer right away and held up the crayon sign so she could see “You made this right?”
